Are your DVDs and Blu-rays formatted for my region?
Most of our collection consists of Region 1 (North America) discs. However, we do stock international editions. Please check the 'Region Code' section on the specific product page before completing your purchase.

What is your return policy for opened media?
Due to the nature of physical media, we can only accept returns on opened items if the discs are defective. Unopened, factory-sealed products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How long does shipping take for complete series box sets?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Because box sets are often heavy, we use reinforced packaging to ensure your classic shows arrive in pristine condition.
Do you offer digital streaming codes with physical purchases?
Digital code availability depends on the original studio release. If a digital copy is included, it will be clearly listed in the 'Product Features' section of the item description.
